the Great enters Egypt and becomes the new conqueror.
Alexandria is founded. New kings are put into place. These
kings are Ptolemaic Greek rulers from Macedonia. Many great
temples are also created; Dendera, Esna, Edfu,Kom Ombo, and
Philae. Cleopatra VII is the last Egyptian queen and the
most famous of all. The famous library of Alexandria burns
down. |
