hello I'm Sean. I know some egyptian words but not hello.
I've been interested in ancient history since my early teens and have made a number of possible discoveries (unverified, could be wrong). Some possible discoveries relating to ancient Egypt include:
- Punt/Neterto (~Ponape/Nan Madol) see:
http://headnheart.blogspot.com/2007/06/ ... -punt.html
- Atlantis (continent ~ America(s); date ~ ca1400) see
http://www.freewebs.com/lifetradition/index.htm (americas, egypt, time(s))
http://headnheart.blogspot.com/2007/06/ ... ngaea.html
http://forums.atlantisrising.com/ubb/ul ... 1;t=001851
- Joseph of genesis (~ contemp 3rd/4th dyn (Surid/Sneferu?)) and reconciled bibical-Egyptian timeline, see
http://www.freewebs.com/lifetradition/index.htm (egypt)
http://headnheart.blogspot.com/2007/04/ ... amine.html
I don't usually join narrow "one country/etc" forums but am giving it a go and see there are enough topics I could contribute to. I noticed there are 4 atlantis topics here, and quite a few exodus ones....
Check out my yahoo grouplist for non-Egypt discussions:

Hello zaphenath-paneah! That means "Joseph" doesn't it? Btw, I read in a book long ago that hello was "Neharak Said". I can't vouch for the varacity of this though :)

Hi,
Neharak Said is Arabic and means "your day (may be) lucky"

Bye!
