I decided to return for a day, just to see if anyone remembered me.

Do they, or am I returning to a city of ghosts?

I remember you. There does seem to be a reasonable amount of activity here at present.

I've not been here long but Hi anyway. :D

It would be good if you stick around because that could help the board become even more active - and stop the spamming that's been going on.

I am thinking of switching my University course from History to Egyptology. That's why I returned here.

The decision is rather difficult.

I hope you make the right decision, Psusennes. I'd go for Egyptology but I guess it depends on what you want to do as a career.Image

What do you two think we can do to stimulate this board? There is very few posters as of lately, and it used to be something I looked forward to reading every morning.
I don't think the problem is just in the number of posters who are here, but in getting someone to start an interesting discussion--more than just a comment that, basically, means nothing.
I know that everyone here does have an interest in Egypt, so what can be done to peak that interest?

How about why did the Egyptians not build anything in Asia or Libya. With the problems they had I would have expected some forts.
