I have been able to find information on two Nofrets, neither one of which seems to have been a queen.
The most famous probably is that of the wife of an official from the 4th Dynasty, Ra-hotep. A limestone statue of the pair, both seated, is very well known, I'm sure you've seen it, it is a beautiful work of art! It's very life-like painting (white clothing, flesh coloring) is even more life-like because of the quartize eyes. She's a bit chubby, but very attractive.
The second Nofret was the wife of a 12th Dynasty priest of Nubian descent, and was named Seostris. She was the mother of Amenemhat I, who became Pharaoh. The statue of her that has been found is a work of black basalt, showing her seated and wearing a very heavy wig--it almost looks like horns!
