well, actually the results of the CT scan are not proving that Tut was not murdered....they simply prove that the cause of death was not a hit at bottom of his head.
Second: the only thing they could note about the leg is that the BONE..(just the BONE!!) is actually broken. It is a possibility that it has been broken by Carter's team while forcing to unglue the mummy from the coffin, at which it was hardly sticked due tothe resins cemented by the time.
Osiris II once published here the official results of the exams...look for them and read them carefully....it is not Zahi Hawass hand...
this can also underline the fact that it is not proven whether Tut was actually murdered or not. He could have been poisoned and we don't have any chance to know it for sure right now.
More, if you'll have the chance to read those reports of the tests done, you'll see that in any case it was not possible that a broken leg could cause decease due to infection, because NO SOFT TISSUE WERE INVOLVED IN ANY INFECTION!!!....also, the scientists have seen that the broken bone doesn't have resins inside of it and that the edge of the bones did not start to cicatrize, meaning that if the leg was broken when the King was still alive, it has happened for sure just few days before his death, but the fact that the resins of embalming process were not impregnated inside the bone, can defitely prove that the bone was broken LATELY!!!...
doubtless Carter did a good job!
hope it can help!...
ciao!
