Hello, Im new, and I hope to become a regular here. I hope this question wasnt asked before, and if it was, I hope you dont mind me asking it again. I am a junior in High School, and I am having the hardest time trying to find college's that offer a course in Egyptology. So far all I have found is Brown and UCLA (I think). Can anyone possibly help me out. I would appreciate it so much! Thank you!

welcome to KTO! I'm your admistress. Though I don't know much of college courses of Egyptology, I'm sure others do. You've come to the right place! Do stay. We'd love to hear from you.

All these websites are so disparaging and harrowing. They make it sound impossible to become an Egyptologist- it certainly isn't easy. You have to know so much before you start your degree. :(

That's why I'm learning Hieroglyphs, French, Ancient Greek and Arabic all in advance before I go to University (or should I say, if I go to University!). . . .

I'd love to study Egyptology. . . . . .

Yeah, I know. It's really difficult. But Im too commited to it to just let it not happen. Ive been looking into UCLA, University of Chicago, and Humter the most. And I took french in High School knowing it would be needed. Thank you all so much for helping me out.
