About 6 months ago, Zahi Hawass stated that a tomb had been found on the outskirts of Alexandria, which--he claimed--was possibly the tomb of Cleopatra VII and Antony. I haven't heard any more about the discovery since then, so it more than likely was untrue.
The not finding of a tomb certainly doesn't prove that they weren't buried together, buy, on the other hand, the finding of a tomb doesn't prove that they were, either, unless it still contained both bodies. (which is highly unlikely)
