Tutankhamun himself has not left his tomb and been put on display ever. His body is far too fragile to be displayed in a museum and it is thought more respectful to leave him where he was found and intended for, unlike the other Kings who were found absent from their tombs. The artifacts from the tomb of Tutankhamun were put on display in London in the 1970's if that is what you could mean, his body has never been to England.
