It's been a while since the first post, and that Yahoo link is dead. Here's a link to the IMDB page for King Tut. Still no actors mentioned yet.

Oh, here's a hilarious quote from the SF Examiner, from a January article:

if MJ plays King Tut, I not only will scream and yell at the top of my lungs "WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TO?!" But I will also NEVER see the movie and strap myself to a wall if anyone tries to make me see it.

Tutankhamun died before he was 20. Jackson is way into his forties, twice the age of the king! I wonder though where could we find an actor to play Akhenaten? We need an insane, identity seeking person whose sex is quite ambigous. Where could we find one of those?

You would see Jacko play Tutankhamun (when he should be Akhenaten) but you wouldn't see Farrell playing the worlds greatest conqueror because he kisses another boy? hmmmmmmmmm.

OMG, can you imagine the uproar in the cinema as Brad leans in close! Pitt turned the role down though because he didn't want to play a gay guy, his wife was jealous more like! Very Happy
