I'm onto you. HA HA! Asphyxiation!
The candle had been resting in a glass bowl. It had burned up all the oxygen in the room. In their stress and panic they knocked the glass over. |

Yeah, that makes the most sense, but what happened to the candle?

| It burnt itself out. By the time all the wax had burnt there was no evidence of the candle left, only the glass bowl. |

They cut up the fish, swallowed it, and choked to death. (The obviously didn't know the hymlic manuever. How the heck do you spell that?) _________________

That's a very interesting idea...Now, that whole room would have had to have been "hermetically sealed for your protection", and that candle would've had to have been the biggest frickin candle in the world. But! I put too much into that, because I'm an EMT, and I put way too much into crap like that...but it was still a good riddle |

I've heard this one!!! Marc Antony and Cleopatra are actually goldfish (the one I heard their names are Romeo and Juliet but I like this one better). They jumped out of the bowl (I guess they're none too bright) and the jumping motion knocked the bowl over.
Tadadada. And that's the story.
Anyone have any other riddles? (Don't kill me for spoiling this one.) _________________ *Tadukhipa*
