I have been trying really hard to find and avatar that is the right size. And that is not copyrighted but so far i have found none. Also when I do paste on my profile what should i patse the screen name I mean how do you know what picture I want? My name just looks so plain!

to downsize it all you have to do is open any picture program you have and usually under edit it will give you the option of resizing.. if you don't have a program like that.. just email the pic to me ( m_whitington_worth@hotmail.com ) and I can do it for you.. only takes a few minutes.

As far as peasant.. it usually refers to someone who doesn't have much money and lives off the land. People also use it is as an insult when they feel people are not up to thier standards. Hope that helps.. if you need it, I will have my sister log on and explain it better in Italian.

At the risk of making a poor impression so early in my membership, I fear I must throw myself on the mercy of someone higher-tech than myself. Here is the problem: I have a beautiful image to use for an avatar, but lost "Photoshop" when my computer crashed recently (also can't find the backup disc), so have no way of resizing it. Also, I confess to being a complete novice concerning "remote hosting" and am wondering if a kindly fellow member will take pity on me and help me to set things up?? Rolling Eyes

I know, I know...this is a really pathetic story....but...Help!!!
