Im trying to research Ancient Egypt for a story I'm writing but sifting through the internet takes forever and has disappointed me so far. Does anyone know what room the shabitis (or the bodies of the human servants) were kept in? The internet refuses to give me an answer.

What room? I guess the tomb, where the person/Pharaoh is himself. Food in the afterlife and protection

There was often a box for shabtis. Most tombs were only a single room and there does not seem to be much of a standard plan for multi roomed tombs so probably your question can not be answered.
