I buy and sell antiques. I used to love horseback riding, but at my age (69) I've become racked with arthritis and can't mount.

hi i was just wondering ... what dog food would you recomend for a dog with arthritis? he is four years old nearly five and he has got arthritis in the hips . it is quite rare in his breed he is a border collie and is there anything you could recomend that would help. thank you for your help !

I take a suppliment called "Bi-Flex" each morning, and it has helped me tremendously!
I don't know if you could give it to your dog. I'm sure it would not hurt him in any way, but the physical act of making him eat it would be quite hard. In comes in tablet form--try coating one of the tablets with peanut butter. He might eat that without spitting out the tablet!
Check with your vet. He may be able to suggest something.

I would be careful about giving human medicine to dogs - chocolate poisons them & I heard about 1 medicine that is a tranquiliser to everything except the horse family where it is a stimulant.

I paint - the subject line is ancient Egyptian, At the moment I am painting a scene / relief of Cleopatra and Caesarion on Denderah temple wall (back wall).I am planning on doing an art exhibition once I get enough paintings done. The next subject is waiting already - king Tut's throne. That will be 70 cm x 70 cm, so rather big.

I also have two websites - short stories and online coloring books. So enough to fill my days and evenings and some nights too LOL Laughing
