I notice we are once again getting all sorts of ads. Could one of our moderators go through and delete these?
I belong to several Egyptian-themed discussion boards. Kingtutone is the only one that gets so many unwanted ads. Is it just the type of software that is used here, or what's the problem?
While no big thing, they are very irritating...

It isn't the software Osiris II. There are 2 reasons why this kind of trash creeps on the board.

1) the admin has the board set to allow people to register without admins activating their accounts. I know this because I used to have phpbb boards.

2) staff hardly ever log in.

Whatever the reasons, it is extremely irritating! There are now ten posts for "tremendous buys" in electronics!
I certainly wish we would have more monitoring done, on a more regular basis.

The admin could relegate the duty of monitoring the Board in their absence to more responsible members.
