Has anyone read 'Cleopatra' by H. Rider Haggard? It's a classic! I urge you to pick up a copy if you haven't already Smile

And then there's Robin Cook's ethereal work 'Sphinx' Very Happy

No, I haven't read it. I've never been a fan of Cleopatra but it sure is good when you find a book you just don't want to put down, isn't it

That's very true Meresankh Very Happy

I like the book because it weaves a tragic tale of immense proportions with Cleopatra encountering and deceiving the supposed last person with pure royal Egyptian blood.

Royal Diaries of Cleopatra is good. Takes place during her younger years before she ruled.
