Christine el Mahdi ,authour of several Egyptology books and a marvelous lecturer died recently - I believe on the 7th Feb. of colon cancer.
She was buried in a biodegradable coffin. I understand the plaque on the tree that will mark her grave will read -in latin -I'm dead? I demand a second opinion.
Her books include
Exploing the world of the Pharohs (as Christine Hobson)
Mummies,myth & Magicin ancient Egypt
Tutankham, the life & death of a boy king

I have the last book, the Tutankhamun one. O_O
That is really sad.
Though I like that plaque. That is epic. _________________ How does it FEEL to lose the one who understood you the MOST? He died to protect you, and YOU were supposed to protect HIM. What a shame...
