Im writing an essay on the death of tutankhamun, and want to go along with the theory that it was actually an unfortunate accident...and he fell of his chariot or sumthing or the sort, and this was quite likely because of the paralysing illness that he had. is there anything that will cause this theory to be dismissed, that i havent thought of? any help?

I cannot think of anything that would disprove that theory. However, something that may help you would be to look through our past posts throughout teh site and you will probably find lots of theorys as to what may have happened to him accident-wise by many different people. There may even be a theory that would disprove one about an accident. I'm not sure, unfortunately I don't remember everything Smile

P.S. You may want to try using search on this site, where you can search posts made by board members. I know you'll find a LOT of information about Tutankhamen there.

I believe Tutankhamun was actually born with the disabilities that he had; Scoliosis, and something called Cliplefile. Many know this because his father, Akhenaten also suffered from some of the same deformaties.

Except the fact that Akhenaten could have had any of those problems has been proven by nothing more than his art style, which could have been just an art style, after all... No one will be able to say whether he had any of these problems until the body of Akhenaten is found, if it ever will be.
