So how did King's and Queen's in Egypt become known as God's or Goddess? Like how did they get the title of being a God or Goddess? Did it have anything to do with the power/statis they had?

There were hundreds of gods/goddesses in AE that had been considered to be gods/goddesses from ancient times. What your speaking of is the various Pharaohs and their queens that were considered to be gods and goddesses.
The Pharaoh was believed to be the living Horus, the son of Osiris and Isis. Upon his death, he became Osiris. In fact, all Egyptians who had died were referred to a "Osiris ....", an easy way for us to tell that he was a dead person. Laughing

During his lifetime, the Pharaoh (remember he was considered to be the living Horus) MUST have been married to a goddess!
