Look throughout the 'Pharaohs' section' You'll find LOTS of stuff there. _________________ |\| e F e r t i |< a u r E |

Sheesh, you'd think that tut was the only Pharaoh who ever existed. _________________ *Tadukhipa*

I always wonder how people find places like this forum, yet claim not to be able to find stuff on Tut.
'king tut' in google leaves 5 results above this site, 'King Tutankhamun' leaves even more. And then when they get here...as in to a site that has his name in the URL, they come straight in and ask here instead of reading 2 pages where they will see loads of stuff.
Kids nowadays...sigh.

Maybe it makes them feel good to get a reply to a question personally. Or, maybe they don't like reading websites. Who knows! _________________ -Akhenaten- |

Then perhaps stating 'I would like to know certain in depth information about King Tut and a particular area of his life which I can't seem to find through the usual forms of research.' and then go on to explain what it is they are looking for, would be an ideal post?
I need to find 'stuff' is not helping us to help them, as 'stuff' indicates to me that they are currently doing a homework assignment and have been asked to find out what they can on King Tut. This kind of information is readily available on google and in various other places. I'm judging this solely on my experience of these types of forums and the fact people want help with homework and go on to copy and paste any insightful answers that are given because they are too lazy to look up information themselves.
All I was saying is that 'stuff' on King Tut is available everywhere. However, if anyone were to have a specific question that they were wanting answered, and ask in a way which explains this articulately, then I would have no issue with answering that question to the best of my ability.
After several years of using forums and seeing the same posts, such as the original one here, cropping up on a weekly basis, surely it is us that needs to be given a break?

Haha and they "can't find stuff on him"?
It makes me wonder how old these people are anyway, if they ask meaningless questions like on a website about King Tut: "I can't find stuff about King Tut." |
