The cancer that has been identified is metastatic bone cancer.
There is also a possibility of stomach cancer, although that organ has been removed. |

Besides suffering from Diabetes and Arthritis Hatshepsut had a skin disease that ran in the family, and she also had a tumor that formed near the abdomen which caused great pain and destroyed the bone.
Not only that, but what is said to have killed her, was an abscess that formed in her mouth which made her unable to eat in the end. This also got worse when the doctors at that time pulled out teeth to lessen the pain. What they didn't know was that when the absess bursts, the infection would get into the blood... |
