Hi there and welcome. Two books I have found useful on the subject of religion are : The Complete Gods and Goddesses of Ancient Egypt by Richard Wilkinson and The Sacred Tradition in Ancient Egypt by Rosemary Clark ... the first is excellent the second I am not done reading so can't tell you for sure but so far very good. As far as economy, I am not sure you might want to see if your local library has The Mommoth book of Eyewitness Ancient Egypt Edited by Jon E Lewis... it is a very interesting account of Ancient Egypt taken directly from papri and other materials. It does contain many letters dealing with money, trade, etc and you may find what you are looking for. I would defintly check out your library for the first one though... will help you a ton!
