Hi, I just stumbled upon this message board and I thought this place seems like a cool place to be. Umm... What's there really to say about me? I'm an Egypt Geek and I'm obsessed with the Amarna period. I think that's really all there is to say. |

Welcome to King Tut One, where you can exchange knowledge of the facinating country, Egypt. Most of us here prefer to talk about Ancient Egypt, though. _________________

Iiwy em hotep! I've just found this site yesterday. I guess I already know some of you from different places like PanHistoria or the long-gone AncientSties and I'm happy to be here.
My favorites are the New Kingdom (especially the Amarna Period, but I also love the Ramessides and Hatshepsut and Kamose) and the hieroglyphs (I can read some of them, but not much, mostly names and royal titles). I've been to Egypt only once but I'm totally obsessed with this country and want to return someday and maybe live there.
My hobby is creating websites, of course I have sites about Egypt but the English version of it is still under construction.
I hope I can learn here a lot and share my knowledge.
Love,
Annie |

| I know, but that's not the same, since most of my e-friends have scattered and it is no more a place that unifies all the Egypt-fans... Most of the people moved to PanHistoria, but there the roleplay is the most important, and I miss the historical discussions... that's why I joined AntiquatedIdeas and a bunch of other sites. |

Yes, I like Historical discussion more than any other boards, even though I do write stories that would be accepted on role-play. I just like to talk about things that really happened more. That's why I LOVE King Tut One, because all we do is talk about history! _________________ -Akhenaten- |

I really like this board too. Does anyone know where there are any more like it? (That is if there are any... My search engine doesn't seem to feel like revealing them to me. _________________ *Tadukhipa*

Hello, I'm new to this board too. You can find me at ancientworlds.net too as Ahhotep Thutmose *waves to Meritaton* I'm from Slovakia and I like Egypt very much esp. the Amarna period. _________________ <i>"Sorry, did I say something wrong?
