i like nefertiti, she supported her husband in any way [as meritaton said above].. [she's extremely beautiful also]
hatshepsut, she was a great queen, she had many achievements.
i also love ankhesenamun, she loved her husband dearly, and would rather welcome a new husband from a foreign place, than marry the power-hungry advisers which she knew would lead to the downfall of her land..and she's humongously [is the spelling ryt?] beautiful! [just like her mum] |

I love Queen Nefertiti! I did a report on her she is very interesting.  I dont know much about Nefertari either. Did Cleopatra commit suicide? I'm way against suicide!

I don't agree with Kiya. She should have faced her troubles instead of suicide.
I understand she went through alot but suicide is a horrible thing to do.i also cant look up to anyone who killed themself.

That sounds like a very 'Christian' point of view. If that's not the case then I apologise and please ignore this next bit but if it is, well she wasn't a Christian she was a Pagan, like myself. So taking her own life would not have condemmed her to the 'pits of hell', from her point of view. She believed it would have sent her on a journey through the stars to take her place with the gods and with Casaer.
And putting religion aside, we cannot ascribe modern cultural values (comitting suicide) to a situation that took place thousands of years ago. Back then it was perfectly normal and honourable to take ones own life rather than be captured by your enemies. Not to do so would have been considered the cowards way out back then, unlike today. She would have been looked up to by her people for refusing to be taken alive by Octavian and paraded through Rome. |

My favorite Queen was Tut's Wife Ankhesenpaaten(aka the name I call her Paaten)She was so brave to call on her enimes the Hitites to give 1 of his sons so she could marry him but he died. So she Then Married her Grandfather. Wow!! Two Thumbs up!!
