To try and get something going - what are people reading.
I have got a book on interlibrary loan - 'The Royal Tombs of Egypt' by Zahi Hawass , photographs by Sandro Vannini.
It is a big book with beautiful pictures & with fold out pictures it can span 1.5m
It is mostly on the valley of the kings.
1 point from the book - it seems on anubis's 1st appearances in the valley of the kings he had a rams head - makes god identification even worse than I thought it was.

I just read Awesome Egyptians, which is a young adult chapter book.
It has great fun facts not mentioned in most books.

I've read this book, it has beautiful pictures. I like the fold out pictures too, it allows you to see more details and larger sections of the wall art.
