I have tried to send you an e-mail, and also a pm, and both were rejected. This is the only way I can think of to get in touch with you.
In the past week--1/22 to 1/29--I have been unable to access KTO (although I can today...) and would like to know if it's a problem you are having, or if it's my computer. Please answer me ASAP.

I haven't had any problems accessing the site in the past week so it sounds like it might be something wrong on your end. I do know that the PM is not working properly yet .
