Tut's father was Akhenaten, which was the pharaoh who worshipped the one gd, the Aten. Tut's mother was Kiya and his step mother was Nefertiti. He also had 2 step sisters that we are aware of...Ankhesenamun (also his wife) and Mertiaten. Tutankhmun's grandparents were Amenhotep lll and Tiye.

Actually, King Tut had at least six half-sisters. He also had a brother, Smenkhkare (At least, we think it's his brother).
