On the 11th of December, Egypt week starts on Channel 5 in Britain. But most of it is probably going to be those awful 'Egypt Detectives' with their really scripted dialogues and 'Murder on the Nile' type costumes that are probably as old as Howard Carter himself.

Oh well- there will probably be some good stuff on, and it's Christamas soon- more books for me!

There are still programs on AE every night on discovery, here in Italy...but I already saw them at least 20 times...have also recorded them all....but while drawing and painting, or studying, it's nice to here stuffs about the same matter... Wink

I don't know about you guys, but I remember seeing a lot of those shows a long time ago...like the one on last month about the murder of King Tut? I remembered seeing it like 2 years ago on Discovery...and like the one about Napoleon and all of the "Ancient Egyptian" series are all reruns...they're on almost every weekend on Discovery HD...

si, it's true...I already have many of those on VHS....but it's alway nice to hear them.. Wink

I like to watch reruns. It doesn't bother me. Egypt program reruns, anyway. If i've watched them more than 5-10 times, then I'll just play them and listen while I write or draw to get ideas.
