Listed below
are the guidelines and conditions for article submission to
KingTutOne.com. The terms must be read and agreed upon before
an article can be posted at KingTutOne.com

Submitting
any content such as articles, photos, or reviews, must require
the author to agree to the terms and conditions outlined.
KingTutOne.com reserves the right, in its carefulness, to modify
this agreement at anytime. If the author cannot agree to the
modifications of these rules outlined, the content should not be
submitted.
The
Content
Submitting
any written content to KingTutOne.com must be original. The
author must have full rights to the content for publication.
Anything submitted must not infringe or violate the rights of
published material or may not infringe the rights on any third
person parties; this includes copyrights, patents, trademarks,
service marks, trade secrets or other proprietary. The author
must also know that compensation will only be given through a
name, profile, or a reciprocal link and will receive 0 dollars
for their work. The author must know that KingTutOne.com does
not guarantee the content submitted will be published to the
site.
The author
will give KingTutOne.com the right to modify and distribute the
content by:
Publication

Publishing the author’s work to the worldwide web.

Has the perpetual right to include the content in
print and non-print form anywhere in the world.

Modifications

may delete any content at any time without letting the author
know in advance.
Author
Represents and Warrants to KingTutOne.com that:
The author is
the ownership of the article being submitted and has the free
right to adhere and agree to this agreement, thereby, granting
KingTutOne.com the right of authority over the article.
If the
content is published, it will not violate any copyright laws.
The content
is based on true facts and diligent research.
Author will
not enter into any other agreement entity which will conflict
with the rights outlined at KingTutOne.com.
Author
acknowledges that the fee for the content will be $0 and an name
or profile or link will be published with the article.
KingTutOne.com is under no obligation to publish the author's
submitted content.
Author
Further Represents That Author Will:
Ensure
content is accurate and will provide a bibliography, citing
information that is not original.
Will give
full credit to theories discussed.
Will not make
false statements that are untrue
Not submit
any content that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, or in
violation of any law.
Not provide
hyperlinks to other sites.
Not make any
statement that the author knows, or should have reason to know
is untruthful and/or unlawful.
Disclose your
true identity and not impersonate any person or entity, or
misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Termination of Service:
KingTutOne.com has the right, at its discretion, to withhold its
serves (restrict, suspend, or terminate) at anytime without a
reasonable notice. The site may change without notice as well
at anytime.
Indemnification
The author
agrees to indemnify, to protect against damage, loss, or injury;
the authors, employees, licensors, hosting company, suppliers,
and owners. KingTutOne.com will not be held liable for any
claims, losses, expenses, damages, or costs for attorney fees
resulting in a violation of this agreement. This includes works
published to KingTutOne.com that are negligent or wrongful
conducts by the Author or any person viewing the site.
Miscellaneous
KingTutOne.com has the right to remove this program, Article
Submission Program, without notice as well.
